Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of six months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service.
• Willing to work any shift, weekends and holidays per schedule.
• Must complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with seating, baggage handling, and seat assignments.
• Provide food and beverage service and upsell using QR ordering.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and snacks per standards.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following company standards and ID checks.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Assist in coordinating onboard service and communications as needed.
