• Experience managing photography operations or onboard revenue operations.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office; experience with Photoshop/Lightroom and ProSelect.

• Oversee operations and training functions onboard.
• Coordinate new hire and succession planning with shoreside HR.
• Schedule Photo Managers, Assistant Managers and Portrait Artists.
• Research and apply new technologies to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
• Partner with Global Technology Office to ensure systems support operations.
• Manage photo revenue operations and monitor costs within budget.
• Collaborate with shipboard and shoreside teams on policies and procedures.
