Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH) is seeking a seasoned leader for the Perspectives Photography Studio aboard our fleet.

This role oversees training, standards and revenue operations to ensure guest experiences meet our high service and quality expectations. You will partner with the Photo Operations Director, coordinate onboard and shoreside teams, manage staff schedules, and implement new technologies to boost efficiency and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years managing a high-volume photography business onboard cruise ships.
• Experience with retail and revenue operations.
• Supervisory experience and training skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and training functions onboard.
• Schedule Photo Managers and Portrait Artists.
• Research and apply new technologies to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
• Partner with Global Technology Office to ensure system readiness.
• Manage photo revenue operations and stay within budget.
• Collaborate with shoreside and shipside teams on procedures.
• Travel to set-up photo/retail revenue operations.
