Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cruise ship industry experience in a Photo Manager role or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of international teams and revenue target achievement.
• Strong coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed photo sales targets for voyages and manage budgeted margins.
• Coach staff, set goals, and ensure consistent performance across teams.
• Complete end-of-cruise reports with revenue opportunities and issues.
