As part of the Executive Chef’s team, you will continually test new recipes to delight guests and crew, with living quarters onboard and a challenging culinary environment that showcases our ships’ spectacular

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–5 years in pastry production.
• Basic understanding of professional baking and pastries.
• Problem solving, organization and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up, maintain, and break down station according to standards.
• Taste all products to assess quality.
