Qualifications

• Must understand professional baking and pastries.
• Problem solving and organizational skills required.
• Commitment to quality service and ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve items per procedures, recipes, portions and presentation standards.
• Set up and break down station according to FDA standards.
• Maintain inventory and schedule production of baked goods.
• Notify Executive Chef of shortages or maintenance issues.
• Ensure guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.
