Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, cost control, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, with a focus on a welcoming, family-friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience in high-volume settings.
• Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, beverage service, labor and cost controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboard food & beverage operations across dining, bar, banquet, and events.
• Set clear expectations and ensure service, cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Be highly visible during service and engage with guests.
