Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test required for shipboard employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set-up and break-down meals and beverages across meal periods and cocktail hour.
• Relay orders to galley and serve courses with proper garnish and presentation.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, present menus, and answer questions about menu items.
• Support additional duties such as greeting guests on embarkation and assisting with afternoon teas and evening entertainment.
