American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Housekeepers for the 2026 season aboard our ships.

This temporary role runs for up to 28 weeks, delivering hospitality in our shipboard hotel and representing our brand. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests, servicing staterooms and public spaces, stocking supplies, and assisting during events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test required; alcohol use is prohibited on board.
• Grooming standards apply; temporary employment up to 28 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests.
• Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas.
• Acknowledge guests and handle housekeeping requests per standards.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Organize inventory and stocking linen and supplies.
• Clean spills and notify management of maintenance needs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean upholstery and lounge areas.
• Assist with embarkation greetings and special events when required.
