American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Housekeepers for the 2026 season to work aboard ship in our hotel, delivering hospitality and representing the brand. This temporary role lasts 28 weeks and involves cleaning staterooms and public areas, stocking supplies, and assisting with events.

You must be 18+, a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder, and capable of passing pre-employment drug testing. Benefits include covered travel, room and board, uniforms, and training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test for shipboard employees, with strict policies on alcohol.
• Grooming standards limiting tattoos and piercings; temporary 28-week limit on shipboard work.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests.
• Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship.
• Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping inquiries per service standards.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment and notify management of maintenance needs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces.
• Greet guests on embarkation and assist during events when required.
