Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality to guests and coworkers per RESPECT Service System.
• Follow beverage recipes and maintain knowledge of offerings and prices.
• Provide bar service to guests and servers throughout the cruise.
• Set up and break down bar; stock and restock per par specifications.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and safety per SOPs.
• Charge guests, handle payments, and manage POS entries.
• Inform guests about beverages, menus, routes and points of interest.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
