Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associates degree; Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience; substitutes for education may apply.
• Experience designing and modifying rules and configurations in business applications.

Responsibilities

• Interface with vendors to resolve hardware and software problems and recommend solutions.
• Designs and configures web-based, mobile, cloud, and security interfaces to meet user needs.
• Collects user feedback to provide solutions for application bugs and usage issues.
• Manages applications projects as needed and supports deployment.
• Prepares documentation of system capabilities and controls to maintain functionality.
