Job summary

SECU in Raleigh, NC seeks an OnBase ECM specialist to design, implement, and support low code/no code solutions within OnBase. You will coordinate changes across IT and business teams and document system functionality, processes, and decisions.

Responsibilities include building OnBase configurations, dashboards, and workflows; providing Tier 3 production support; and ensuring effective knowledge transfer with clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant OnBase experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Using Unity Client / Thick Client / Configuration.
• Creating OnBase Document and Keyword Structures.
• Creating Workflow and OnBase Scheduling.
• OnBase Document Import Processor.
• OnBase troubleshooting (e.g. Diagnostics Console).
• OnBase Security groups
• OnBase Retention
• Strong knowledge of OnBase, ECM, and OnBase solution uses.

Responsibilities

• Build OnBase & ECM systems; implement low code/no code solutions; optimize workflows and dashboards.
• Provide Tier 3 production support; monitor applications; advise on solutions.
• Develop functional and technical requirements; capture business process diagrams; document work in project tools.
• Coordinate Releases / Change Requests; manage application upgrades; test/deploy; train users.
• Liaise with business partners/users; work with vendors; advise IT teams.
• Analyze customer needs; identify improvements; align tech with business goals.
