Job summary

GE Aerospace seeking a Site Leader for the Pittsburgh On Wing Support Test operation. You will lead a multi-shift team, drive SQDC performance, and transition the site into full operation while delivering safe, high-quality engine test services for customers.

You will champion a safety-focused culture, coach the team, manage customer-centric delivery, and work with global partners to standardize best practices across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operation of the Pittsburgh Test Cell with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture and develop talent.
• Drive continuous improvement and structured problem solving to meet customer commitments.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and other regulatory requirements and GE Aerospace standards.
• Implement FLIGHT DECK fundamentals across start-up and ongoing operations.
• Engage with stakeholders across customers, OWS sites, and internal teams to align on readiness and performance.
