Job summary

GE Aerospace in Pittsburgh seeks a Site Leader for the On Wing Support Test Operation. You will lead end-to-end engine test cell operations, owning SQDC performance, and advancing the site from construction to production with a best-in-class team.

You will drive safety, quality, and delivery through structured problem solving, FLIGHT DECK implementation, and continuous improvement across a 24/7 operation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in aviation testing and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 5+ years in aviation assembly, test, maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance for the test cell.
• Develop and coach a multi-shift team to operate engine test cell.
• Promote a safe, open-reporting culture and hazard awareness.
• Implement FLIGHT DECK fundamentals and continuous improvement (kaizen).
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FAA and other authorities.
• Manage resources, staffing, training, and certification.
