Job summary

RailPros is seeking a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to oversee on-track safety, supervise现场 protection, and coordinate with dispatchers and crews on live railroad tracks. The role requires daily briefings, control of access to limits, and documentation of activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years track/construction experience.
• CP On Track Worker and Operating Rules certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site roadway worker protection and coordination.
• Communicate with train dispatchers and engineers.
• Conduct daily job briefings and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare and submit electronic forms for flagging assignments and reports.
• Travel across multiple states for project assignments.
