Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Blade Repair Services Technician II to join us in delivering sustainable wind energy across the United States. You will perform blade repair and maintenance on turbines from GE, Siemens, Vestas, Nordex, and others while upholding ONE RWE safety standards and quality.

This full-time, permanent role requires travel up to 100%, a high school diploma, and prior wind or power-gen experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of experience in operations/maintenance in power generation.
• Able to pass physical fitness tests for GWO certification maintenance.
• Unrestricted driver's license; CDL sponsorship possible.
• Experience with blade damage assessment and multiple turbine manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ONE RWE safety standards and procedures.
• Climb wind towers and perform blade repair and maintenance tasks.
• Move tools and equipment to job sites; assist in blade access operations.
• Support repairs on GE, Siemens, Vestas, Nordex turbines, etc.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and read Engineering Work Instructions.
• Travel up to 100% to multiple wind farm sites.
