Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
• Basic to advanced phone skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (business writing) skills preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong aptitude for detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous computerized order/data entry skills.
• Must be willing to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process orders while on the road or in person.
