Job summary

Miller’s RV is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to join our Baton Rouge dealership. You’ll help customers find the right RV, demonstrate features, and guide them through the purchase, financing, and delivery steps. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective customers on the lot and in the showroom.

• Work with the sales and finance teams to complete paperwork, financing options, and delivery processes.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and CRM systems.
• Stay informed on inventory, product specifications, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to meet dealership sales goals.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to learn quickly and explain complex product features confidently
• Willingness to work outdoors and be on your feetlarge parts of the day
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
