Miller Transportation Group in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking a Roadside Support Specialist for Miller Truck Leasing. You will diagnose mechanical issues over the phone, document incidents, and coordinate service dispatch to keep customers and drivers moving.

Ideal candidates have hands-on diesel vehicle repair experience, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask on phone and computer. Work Thursday–Saturday 6 PM–6 AM, plus every other Wednesday, with excellent growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from customers and drivers to diagnose issues and communicate resolutions.
• Enter data into company systems to document incidents.

• Act as liaison between locations, customers, and drivers.
• Manage multiple breakdowns daily and coordinate maintenance for off-lease trucks.

Miller Transportation Group is immediately hiring aRoadside Support Specialist - Commercial Truckingfor ourMiller Truck Leasingdivision at our corporate headquarters in Mount Holly, NJ.Ideal candidates will have prior hands-on experience in diesel vehicle repair along with excellent communication skills in order to assist customers and company drivers who are experiencing mechanical issues.Great position for retired technicians!

You Will:

• Receive in-bound phone calls from Miller Truck Leasing customers and company drivers and will need to help diagnose mechanical issues and communicate out appropriately
• Enter data into company systems to document incident and circumstances
• Make outbound phone calls to dispatch appropriate service to customer
• Act as a liaison between the serving location and the customer and/or driver
• Manage multiple breakdown situations on a daily basis
• Handle logistics for off-lease trucks that need maintenance and repairs
• Processing invoices as needed for roadside support services
• Other duties as needed

You Have:

• Must have prior hands-on experience in diesel vehicle repair along with strong focus on customer support and a sense of urgency on fixing problems and coordinating resolutions
• Technical School Degree or Associates Degree preferred
• Ability to resolve customer service issues by providing excellent service and ultimately assuring the customer is satisfied with the service provided
• Ability to multi-task on the phone and on a computer at same time
• Ability to work: Thursday - Saturday from 6:00 PM until 6:00 AM. Will also work every other Wednesday.
