Job summary

Miller Portables is hiring for a customer service-oriented role with on-the-road/in-person duties. You will report to the Branch Manager and support daily operations, taking orders, answering inquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are essential, with on-site hours and occasional weekends. Join a team that values safety, efficiency, and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
• Basic to advanced phone skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (business writing) skills preferred.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong aptitude for detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous computerized order/data entry skills.
• Must be willing to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process orders while on the road or in person.
• Maintain accurate data entry and order records.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Work Hours: 6 am-4 pm Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
