Fetch Pet Insurance is seeking a Travel‑Focused Pet Insurance Sales Associate who will travel to partner shelters across the country to represent Fetch face‑to‑face and explain our coverage to pet parents. The role involves up to 50% travel, potential relocation to regional hubs, and building lasting partner relationships.

You will need a valid P&C license (or commit to obtaining it within 30 days), strong prospecting skills, and a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel up to 50% of time (or more) and across locations.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment, per state requirements.
• 3–5 years of experience in animal care or related field.
• Proven ability to prospect and build relationships with clients in a consultative, solution-focused manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professionalism in person.

Responsibilities

• Travel to partner shelters and meet pet parents face-to-face to explain Fetch coverage.
• Record prospect and customer data accurately in Fetch CRM.
• Manage partner relationships and coordinate monthly objectives with partner locations.
• Identify new business opportunities and participate in ongoing partner needs assessments.
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required and manage related budgets.
