Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regularly reassess patient needs and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Counsel patient and family and provide education.
• Coordinate with agency and physicians for updates and orders.
• Supervise and evaluate home health aides every two weeks.
