Responsibilities

• Be on time at the start of each shift at the designated table.
• Train new hires on the job and ensure they have equipment and address concerns.
• Support new hire satisfaction and progress reporting.
• Assist HR with tours and onboarding.
• Participate in training classes and cross-functional tasks.
• Ensure safety and GMP compliance and manage daily KPI milestones.
