Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a sanitation hourly production worker to clean and sanitize production areas in a meat processing environment. The role requires completing mandatory safety and food safety/GMP training as part of the job assignment.

Applicants should have prior experience in meat processing or similar manufacturing, with the ability to stand, walk, and maneuver in high-temperature, wet conditions and around moving machinery. PPE and proper chemical handling are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a meat processing plant or similar manufacturing setting preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, crawl for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures with frequent exposure to moving machinery, hot water and slippery floors.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion work in hand scrubbing and running a hose.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work with multiple chemicals with proper training and personal protective equipment.
