Brewer Medical Center is offering an On-The-Job Trained Medical Assistant program in Brewer, ME. This paid training opportunity provides hands-on experience while you learn vital clinical skills under experienced mentors.

Full-Time, On-site schedule Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-12pm; after the program, schedule may change within Monday-Friday. This role combines patient care with teamwork and professional growth in a supportive care team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or patient care experience preferred.
• Medical or healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with appropriate driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Take vital signs, assist with exams and procedures, administer medications and immunizations, and support high-quality care.
• Support patient flow, documentation, and daily operations.
• Maintain infection control standards and a clean, organized exam space.
• Be part of the care team and grow within the organization.
