National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Assistant Trainee to join our Brewer, ME location.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents while earning while learning under experienced healthcare professionals. You will attend class, lab instruction and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam, with opportunities for growth within our long-term care teams and supportive workplace

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
• Passion for healthcare and a desire to learn and grow in a Long-Term Care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures
• Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision
• Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents
• Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents
