Job summary

Penobscot Community Health Care in Maine offers an On-The-Job Trained (OJT) Medical Assistant program at Helen Hunt Health Center. This paid training provides hands-on patient care experience while you learn from mentors in a supportive, team-based environment.

This full-time, on-site position schedules Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-12pm, with adjustments after program completion but staying weekday-based. Join us to build essential clinical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or patient care experience preferred.
• Medical or healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record may be required.
