Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician who thrives on travel and low-voltage installations. You will install, test, and maintain security projects while representing Evergreen at customer sites.

Requirements include CPR/First Aid, an electrician certificate or trainee card, a high school diploma, and wiring experience, plus the ability to travel extensively. Competitive pay with generous travel perks is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Electrical wiring experience is required.
• Valid CPR/First Aid card is required.
• Ability to travel extensively is required.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of minimum liability insurance is required.
• Strong communication skills to interface with customers are required.
• Ability to schedule calls, follow instructions, and understand code requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite, providing service and product training.
• Ensures safety through compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection.
