Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician to join our field team. This role suits an experienced low-voltage technician who enjoys travel and working onsite with customers.

You will install, repair, test, and maintain security projects; serve as the face of Evergreen to clients; ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; manage service orders and project administration; and follow up to prepare for inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid card.
• Electrician certificate or trainee card.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Good communication with customers.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random screenings.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects.
• Interfaces with customers onsite and provides product training.
• Ensures safety through compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection.
