Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician. This role is ideal for an experienced low-voltage technician who enjoys travel and working with customers onsite to install, test, and service security systems.

The position requires extensive travel, valid CPR/First Aid, and an electrician certificate or trainee card. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license are also needed, along with the ability to pass background and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid electrician certificate or trainee card is required.
• Wiring experience and ability to read codes and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel extensively and interface with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite, delivering service and training.
• Ensures safety through compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure readiness for inspection.
