Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician to install, repair, test, and maintain security projects at customer sites nationwide. You will be the face of Evergreen to clients on site, provide product training, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate service orders, perform inspections, and travel extensively to government and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel extensively to customer sites nationwide.
• Hold CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain.
• Have a valid electrician certificate or trainee card.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical wiring experience essential.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Excellent communication skills to interface with customers.
• Ability to schedule and manage appointments; understand code requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of minimum liability insurance.
• Clear background and MVR checks required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite with high service standards.
• Ensures safety through compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure client readiness for inspections.
