Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician for in-home service in Louisville, KY. You will diagnose and repair a range of appliances, travel to customer homes, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has EPA Type I or Universal certification, a high school diploma, and strong mechanical and communication skills. Expect 75%+ travel, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification is required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to make homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected.
• Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
