Sears Home Services in Louisville, KY is hiring an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician. You will diagnose and repair major home appliances, visiting customers’ homes daily to deliver high quality service with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role includes year-round work, expert training, a company vehicle with tools, and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel up to 75% and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with repair tools.
Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances at customers’ homes.
Deliver excellent customer experience.
Provide value-added solutions for a cleaner, more comfortable home.
Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
