Job summary

Sears Home Services seeks an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances in customers’ homes. You’ll be on the road daily, delivering excellent service and practical solutions that keep homes safe and comfortable.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, EPA Type I or Universal certification, mechanical aptitude, ability to read and apply technical material, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing/repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customers' homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Deliver excellent customer experience.
• Provide value-added solutions to improve home comfort and safety.
• Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
