Job summary

You will lead improvements, perform capability studies, and apply Lean techniques to reduce waste and enhance performance, with mentorship to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Hands-on mindset with proven track record on production lines and measurable improvements.
• Experience with Lean, process mapping, FMEA, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance of an assigned assembly line area.
• Spend the majority of time on the production floor examining equipment, processes, and operations to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot issues and keep equipment running at peak efficiency.
• Implement process changes, modify operation standards, and use Lean techniques to optimize production.
• Conduct capability and time studies, specify tools and fixtures, and participate in Kaizen events to drive improvements.
