Cindavi is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to join our Ripon, WI manufacturing team. You will own an assembly line, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements, and lead on-floor problem solving with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent related experience.
  • A strong hands-on mindset with a proven track record of supporting production lines and driving measurable improvements.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
  • Experience utilizing Lean manufacturing techniques, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis to solve complex problems.
  • A high level of comfort taking a project lead role within a fast-moving, continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance of an assigned assembly line area.
  • Spend the majority of your time on the production floor, examining equipment, processes, and operations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
  • Implement process changes, modify operation standards, and utilize Lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production.
  • Conduct capability and time studies, specify tools and fixtures, and participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a hands-on Process Engineer to join our team in Ripon, WI, and take ownership of one of our core assembly lines. You will step right in to support our manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. We need someone who is adaptable, eager to get their hands dirty, and ready to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will have the autonomy to identify problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement solutions that make our processes faster, safer, and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities
