Job summary

Cindavi in Ripon, WI is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to lead capital projects from concept to commissioning. You will own the process, drive equipment and assembly-system implementations, and work across manufacturing, maintenance, design engineering, and external vendors.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, hands-on problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to travel for machine runoffs and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, Welding, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing capital projects with new equipment or systems.
• Proven boots-on-the-ground experience with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new processes, equipment, and assembly systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure on-time project launches.
• Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and design engineering teams to integrate systems.
• Specify tools, jigs, and fixtures and provide daily troubleshooting and production support.
