Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance for an assigned assembly line.
• Spend most time on the production floor examining equipment and processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Implement process changes and Lean-based improvements to optimize production.
• Conduct capability and time studies, specify tools/fixtures, and participate in Kaizen events.
