Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking an Operations Technical Trainer to own equipment and process training on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and performance outcomes. The role influences operator performance through hands-on coaching and validated training programs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing with 1–2 years in training or supervision, plus knowledge of GMP/SOP standards and JI/JIB methodologies. Relevant TWI certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least one to two years in a training or supervisory capacity.
• Experience or certification in the TWI Job Instruction methodology.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to clearly articulate instructions and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates hands-on equipment and process training for operators in the assigned department and shift.
• Serves as the first point of contact for new hire training after orientation.
• Uses SOPs, JI, and JIB documents to support training and assessments.
• Monitors production to verify process adherence and provides coaching to close gaps.
• Tracks training effectiveness using defined metrics and reports results.
• Validates that processes are trained as designed and updates procedures accordingly.
• Collaborates with EHS, Quality, Operations, and other teams to ensure GMP, GDP, Safety standards.
• Conducts classes and coaching on the floor, classroom, or demonstrations as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
