Job summary

QuVa Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Technical Operations Trainer I for the ILP 1st shift at the Bloomsbury, NJ site. The trainer will develop, implement, and deliver comprehensive training programs ensuring GMP/SOP compliance and quality standards, while collaborating with production and quality teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, materials development, and measuring training effectiveness, with a 4:30AM–3:00PM schedule Wed–Sat and on-site responsibilities at NJ Bloomsbury.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma required
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field with regulatory compliance
• 1-3 years in training/educational role in pharma/biotech
• Basic GMP/cGMP knowledge
• Proficient in LMS and digital training tools
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Salary range: $27.93- $40.50 + $1.00 differential

Responsibilities

• Assists in delivering hands‑on training sessions and workshops under supervision
• Supports creation and updating of training materials, manuals, and presentations
• Aligns training content with SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Learns to assess trainee competency through observations and feedback
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design curriculum
• Stays current with industry trends and regulatory changes to improve training
• Evaluates training effectiveness and maintains records
