Job summary

Pro-Pallet-LL seeks a Loading Operations Supervisor to oversee repairs, kiln, and loading areas. You’ll lead floor teams, ensure safety, quality, and on-time shipping, and maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies.

You’ll partner with Dispatch and maintenance to optimize workflow and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include shift presence, coaching, housekeeping, and accurate reporting of production and loading data.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of forklift operations and pallet loading procedures.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate employees in repairs, kiln, and loading areas to meet production, safety, and quality standards.
• Be on the production floor at shift start and remain through end-of-day cleanup.
• Ensure proper material support to minimize downtime and coordinate with Dispatch and forklift operators.
• Monitor kiln operations, ensure compliance with standards, and verify documentation accuracy.
• Supervise forklift operators to ensure safe loading/unloading and proper shipment documentation.
• Enforce OSHA standards, PPE use, and safe work practices; address unsafe conditions promptly.
