Job summary

You will analyze workflows, design integrated systems, and implement automation while collaborating with production, quality, and leadership. You’ll bring hands-on process design, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and strong modeling skills to drive cost efficiency and reliability across the line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years of related industrial engineering experience.
• Strong grounding in process design, optimization techniques, and statistical/mathematical modeling.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and ERP systems (Oracle) plus simulation tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills suitable for cross-functional teams.
• Bias toward continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing production workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Using statistical analysis, simulation, and predictive modeling to improve system performance.
• Designing and implementing integrated systems across people, machines, materials, and information, including capacity planning.
• Building resource allocation strategies that maximize output while controlling cost.
• Leading quality control initiatives, including setting benchmarks and monitoring systems.
• Running cost-benefit analysis and budgeting to keep production systems cost-effective.
• Ensuring the production environment stays compliant with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Leading projects that introduce new systems, tools, automation, or processes.
• Applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to cut waste and boost performance.
