Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent education/experience.

• Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and ERP systems (Oracle) plus simulation tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Industrial Engineer – Power Electronics Manufacturing (Katy, TX)

You'll be optimizing the systems, workflows, and processes behind a manufacturing operation that produces uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and medium voltage (MV) equipment, work that sits at the heart of how power gets delivered reliably to the people who depend on it. This isn't a desk-only analyst role. You'll be on the floor, in the data, and in the room when decisions get made about how production runs.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of related industrial engineering experience
• Strong grounding in process design, optimization techniques, and statistical/mathematical modeling
• Familiarity with engineering software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), plus simulation tools
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for cross-functional teams
• A track record of building strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal partners
• A demonstrated bias toward continuous improvement

Based in Katy, TX. This role requires domestic and international travel of up to 10%, occasionally with short notice.
