Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with required work experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience leading electrical design for product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical aspects of SPD per approved engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure standards compliance.
• Lead SOPs and design repository structures; support DFMEA/DFSS and design-for-manufacturing.
• Lead product certification planning, validation, and testing with NRTL partners.
• Drive cost reduction via cost trades and Value Engineering processes.
• Maintain expertise in standards such as UL, IEEE, IEC, CSA, and DOE.
• Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold quality.
• Drive system-level design decisions for performance and cost across the lifecycle.
