Job summary

Diamond Parking is seeking a Parking Enforcement Patroller (Non-Driving) to enforce municipal parking regulations on assigned pedestrian routes in Spokane, WA. You will issue citations, log enforcement data, and interact professionally with the public to ensure compliance.

The role requires physical mobility, regular walking, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Overtime may be requested, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 to 3 months of related experience or training desirable.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service and represent Diamond Parking with integrity.
• Walk assigned routes to monitor on-street parking activity.
• Chalk tires of parked vehicles, log times, and recheck vehicles at designated intervals.
• Issue citations or notices for unpaid parking or expired permits.
• Record accurate data on electronic or manual devices.
• Complete required shift reports, logs, and documentation.
• File incident reports for damage claims or unusual events during the shift.
• Maintain uniform appearance and wear a visible ID badge while on duty.
• Report hazards or vehicles eligible for impound to supervisor.
• Submit timecards and paperwork as required.
• Attend scheduled shifts consistently and respond to requests for overtime as needed.
