Job summary

Diamond Parking Service in Medford, Oregon seeks an On-Street Parking Enforcement Patroller (Non-Driving). You will walk assigned routes to monitor on-street parking, issue citations, log data, and maintain professional interaction with the public to support compliance.

Expect to report hazards and complete shift documentation. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, a valid driver's license and insurance, and the ability to read and follow English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training desirable.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
• Must pass a company driving skills test if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service and represent Diamond Parking with integrity.
• Walk assigned routes to monitor on-street parking activity.
• Chalk tires of parked vehicles, log times, and recheck at designated intervals.
• Issue citations or notices for unpaid parking or expired permits.
• Record accurate data on electronic or manual devices.
• Complete required shift reports, logs, and documentation.
• File incident reports for damage claims or unusual events during the shift.
• Maintain uniform appearance and wear a visible ID badge on duty.
• Report hazards or vehicles eligible for impound to supervisor.
• Submit timecards and paperwork as required.
• Attend scheduled shifts consistently and respond to overtime requests as needed.
