Job summary

The City and County of Denver is seeking a skilled professional to act as the technical expert and administrator for on-street parking and curbside permit programs. You will manage permit records, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate policy details to diverse stakeholders.

This role requires experience in transportation management, data analysis, and familiarity with GIS and asset-management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Three (3) years of full-performance professional level duties in a specialized area.
Education/Experience equivalency may be substituted for minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical expert and administrator of Denver’s on-street parking and curbside permit programs.
Issue permit records for customers and serve as the point of contact for programs.
Ensure ideal level of customer service for curbside programs and 311 Salesforce cases.
Address complaints by explaining city policies to stakeholders and the public.
Develop program reports and presentations to inform curbside operations and evolving demands.
Coordinate research and analysis to inform curbside program management and policy decisions.
Organize and document parking policies and procedures in a central location.
Use data and best practices to propose policy and procedure enhancements.
