The City and County of Denver’s DOTI department seeks an On-Street Program Specialist to manage curbside permit programs, including bike parking, car share, and valet services. You will act as a liaison, handle 311 cases, and develop data-driven reports to guide policy and operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience, plus proficiency with MS Office, GIS, and asset-management software. Hybrid work with three in-office days in Denver.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Three years of professional-level experience in a specialized area.
• Experience with MS Office, GIS and data/asset-management software.

Responsabilidades

• Issue and manage curbside permit records and programs (Bike Parking, Shared Bike, Car Share, Valet, ROW).
• Serve as liaison between City departments and stakeholders; deliver quality customer service.
• Develop reports/presentations to inform curbside operations and policy decisions.
• Coordinate data collection, occupancy analysis, and parking-rate studies.
• Document and centralize curbside policies and procedures; monitor zoning/policy changes.
• Support signage work orders and asset management for curbside facilities.
