Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in youth development, education, or social services.
• Knowledge of youth workforce programs; DYCD exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with businesses and community organizations for internships.
• Match students with placements aligned to their interests and readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding for internship sites.
• Monitor participant progress and provide follow-up as needed.
